MAIN COURSE Red Meats - Traditional grilled ribeye steak (350 g) with chimichurri sauce. - Breaded veal cutlet with mozzarella and tomato concassé - Baked pork shoulder with herbs - Grilled free-range chicken with choice of baked potatoes, sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet potato or squash, or salad. - Grilled catch of the day with fresh spinach leaves and capers on mashed potatoes - Pasta: choice of gratinéed gnocchi soufflé, mozzarella and ham sorrentinos, spinach and ricotta ravioli, egg tagliatelle.
