8:15 pm: We depart from the office in
the city of Salta (Caseros 177) and we take on Route 68 to the town
of Coronel Moldes, there we turned left and take Route 47 bordering
the Cabra Corral Dike to the hydroelectric Cabra Corral and we
entered the Canyon Rio Juramento (2 hours drive from Salta Capital).
10:15 pm: Meet at the base of Salta
Rafting (Ruta 47, km 34, Cabra Corral).
10:30 am: The rafting begins at the
base of Salta Rafting with an instructive talk about rafting and
safety. The equipment is delivered and begins the descent down the
rapids of the Rio Juramento. There are 12 different class II and III,
framed by the stunning scenery of Canyon Rio Juramento. The canyon of
Juramento is like a giant open pit in the mountains. Its walls were
65 million years ago, huge beaches inhabited by prehistoric animals.
The descent begins at the base and ends 12 kms later in the Paraje
The return to base, by land (in Salta
Rafting vehicles) since the end of the rafting tour lasts about 20

jacket, paddle, waterproof pants and jacket, provided by Salta
*What to bring? Double change of
clothes or a swimsuit, towel, insect repellent and sunscreen.
14:00 pm - Lunch - Barbecue: includes
sausages and meat with various salads. Water and juice.
At the base there is a bar, where you
can buy other drinks and / or ice cream.
Canopy 4 wires:
15:00 pm Depart for trekking. 20
minutes up the mountain to start the 4-wire circuit canopy.
The wires are located 200 meters high
and the longest of them is 600 meters long allowing participants an
incredible feeling of flying!
