Our family’s first international trip felt even easier thanks to Bolívar Plaza. The room was spotless, with fresh-smelling linens, a comfortable mattress, and a bathroom cleaned so well we noticed no stray hairs. Staff were genuinely warm; Diana at reception lent us an umbrella and marked a nearby bakery on our map. Great location in Armenia, too.
