Cabo Frio, a municipality in the Region of the Lakes, considered as one of the main places sought by those who love swiming in the sea and surfing, its beaches have fine white sand. The most famous beach is Praia do Forte, which in addition to the crystal clear waters, it is possible to visit the historic monument Forte São Mateus.
