They will pick us up at our selected hotels in the center of Mendoza to begin our tour quaint circuitry, which will loop through the old and new city.
We will start the visit with the Foundation Area, the historic site where Don Pedro de Castillo founded the city in 1561. Here we will see the Museum, the Plaza Fundacional and the Jesuit ruins.
We will continue the walk through the Main Squares, which hold the Cathedral,Basilica of Saint Francis, the former Mortgage Bank (current Ministry of Culture and Tourism), the Mercantil Andina and the former Bank of Mendoza (current Contemporary Art Space), the Independence Square, Spain Square, and also the Civic Quarter with theGovernment House.
We will continue our visit along Emilio Civit street until we reach the General San Martín Park, which has 370 hectares and is called the lungs of the city. We enter through the famous Gates until we reach the Hill of Glory, where the Monument to the San Martiniana Deed.
After great insights into the city, we will be returning to our selected hotels in the city center.
