Oceano Patagonia is a distinctive hotel in Puerto Pirámides, a small coastal village on the Valdés Peninsula in Argentina’s Chubut province. Its setting beside the waters of Golfo Nuevo places the property within one of Patagonia’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. The accommodation offers a practical base for travelers seeking nature, open landscapes and direct access to the atmosphere of a remote seaside community. The hotel’s value lies in its combination of location, regional character and proximity to some of the area’s best-known points of interest. Puerto Pirámides is recognized as a starting point for marine wildlife experiences, especially during the southern right whale season, while the surrounding peninsula provides opportunities to observe sea lions, elephant seals and diverse birdlife. The property suits travelers who prefer an intimate lodging experience over a large resort environment. Its coastal position also creates a relaxed setting for couples, independent travelers and visitors exploring the peninsula by car. Publicly available information does not confirm a complete list of room categories or all on-site facilities, so the offer is best understood through its destination-focused identity and privileged location.Key highlights include:Location in Puerto Pirámides, within the Valdés PeninsulaCoastal setting overlooking the natural environment of Golfo NuevoAccess to whale-watching and marine wildlife experiencesProximity to Patagonia’s protected landscapes and nature reservesAccommodation suited to leisure and outdoor-focused stays

The friendliest staff and quickest seaside check-in we’ve ever had anywhere

Reviews

Hotel Aguila Del Tuyu

We had such a fun summer stay at Hotel Aguila del Tuyu! The staff were genuinely warm and always ready to help. Check-in took barely three minutes, and at checkout we simply handed over the key and received our receipt right away. The front desk even helped us find a great nearby seafood spot.

Birthday bliss: relaxing pool time and fresh Patagonian meals

Reviews

Rayentray Grand Hotel

Celebrating my birthday at Rayentray Grand Hotel was a real treat. We spent lazy afternoons by the indoor pool, which was warm, spotless, and surrounded by comfortable loungers in the bright common area. The lobby seating was perfect for coffee and people-watching. Breakfast was generous, with fresh medialunas, eggs made to order, fruit, and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed dinner there; the grilled hake with lemon potatoes was simple and delicious. A lovely Puerto Madryn stay.

Birthday bliss by the pool at Bagu Siete Bocas, Puerto Iguazú

Reviews

Bagu Siete Bocas

After long days exploring Iguazú, returning to Bagu Siete Bocas felt like a treat. The pool was spotless and refreshing; we spent afternoons on cushioned loungers, sharing birthday cake under the leafy patio. One lovely detail: staff brought extra towels without us asking when the sun got strong. The relaxed seating areas made hanging out as a group easy, and for the price, the comfort and location on San Martín are hard to beat. We'd happily stay again!

River Views and Easy Iguazú Adventures

Reviews

Hotel Guaminí Misión

Staying at Hotel Guaminí Misión was such a treat for me and my teenage daughter. Our room overlooked the Paraná River, and we loved watching the mist lift over the water with coffee each morning. The hotel is nicely placed for Puerto Iguazú’s main sights—about a 20-minute drive to the falls and close to the Three Frontiers landmark. We even spotted toucans from the balcony!

A well-priced central stay for discovering San Miguel de Tucumán

Reviews

Hotel Presidente

After a long work year, Hotel Presidente made a fantastic base for exploring Tucumán. From Monteagudo, I walked to Plaza Independencia, the cathedral, and lively cafés in minutes. Room 304 was simple but spotless, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet night. For the price, this location and comfort were genuinely hard to beat.

A cheerful, affordable family stay with wonderfully attentive staff in Esquel

Reviews

Hostería El Coirón

We stayed at Hostería El Coirón for a weekend in Esquel with our two kids, and it felt like a great deal: comfortable, clean, and more personal than a chain. The staff were kind—when our youngest dropped his toast at breakfast, they cheerfully made another and added extra jam (crisis cancelled). The location was handy, rooms were quiet, and the receptionist marked an easy dinner spot on our map. Friendly service and fair pricing made this a perfect family base.
