Our host was friendly, patient, and shared great local tips while we learned how to fold the empanadas. The tasting and lunch were the perfect reward, with fresh flavors and plenty to enjoy. Everything felt authentic and well organized, and the wine pairing made it even better. I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone wanting food, culture, and a genuinely memorable afternoon.

Foi uma experiência deliciosa do começo ao fim! Aprendi a preparar empanadas argentinas, entendendo a massa, os recheios e aquele fechamento tradicional. O pessoal da oficina foi super simpático e explicou tudo com muita paciência, deixando o ambiente leve e divertido. Depois da aula, veio a melhor parte: degustar as empanadas feitas por nós, acompanhadas de um almoço gostoso e bem servido. Os sabores estavam incríveis, e a experiência foi ótima para conhecer a culinária local de um jeito autêntico. Recomendo muito para quem visita Cafayate e quer comer bem e participar de algo diferente.

Was für ein köstlicher und geselliger Tag in Cafayate! Im Empanada-Workshop haben wir gelernt, den Teig zu machen, verschiedene Füllungen vorzubereiten und die Empanadas richtig zu verschließen. Alles war locker erklärt, und gemeinsam zu kochen hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Die anschließende Verkostung und das Mittagessen waren superlecker, besonders zusammen mit einem Glas regionalem Wein. Eine authentische, entspannte Erfahrung, die ich allen empfehle, die argentinische Küche und nette Begegnungen mögen.

Super expérience à Cafayate ! L’atelier d’empanadas était hyper sympa et bien organisé. J’ai appris à préparer la pâte et plusieurs garnitures, puis on a dégusté le tout avec du vin local. Le déjeuner était délicieux, l’ambiance détendue et l’équipe adorable. Une activité originale que je recommande vraiment pour découvrir les saveurs argentines autrement !
