Callao, a Constitutional Province located on Peru’s central
coast, is one of the most important ports in the country. Place where the Jorge
Chavez International Airport is located, also has a lot of history and colorful
historical center, full of life.
It has beautiful bays as La Punta, and views
to San Lorenzo Islands, El Frontón, and Caviznas and Palomino Islands, home of
a great marine life. It also stands up for the San Felipe Fortress, which was
built on the eighteenth century to protect the city from pirates.
