After wrapping up a business trip, I stayed at Hotel Faranda Collection Cúcuta to celebrate my birthday, and it turned into a highlight. My room had a lovely city view, especially at sunset, with the hills glowing beyond the rooftops. The staff were genuinely kind: on my birthday, Valentina at reception arranged a small slice of cake and handwritten note. Everyone was attentive without being intrusive. I left rested, smiling, and grateful for such warm Colombian hospitality.
