The total length of the bicycle ride is 32km (20 miles), on gravel paths up and down the hills.

Details of Day Tours

The tour will start at 9 AM, departing from selected hotels in Coyhaique where our specialized guide will pick you up. We will travel along a paved road to Cerro Castillo National Park, 100 km south of Coyhaique along the Carretera Austral. 

Here we will begin our mountain biking activity through the Las Ardillas sector, until we reach the Tamango Lagoon, a journey that will take approximately 2 hours or 16 km uphill on a gravel road, ideal for sports and adrenaline lovers. 

Once at the top, we will have a 30 minute break to appreciate the beautiful view of Laguna Tamango and enjoy a delicious box lunch. 
We will start the return trip by another trail in descent, which will be approximately 16 km, and then return in our vehicle to the hotels in Coyhaique, thus ending the tour.
