Travelling In Victory

Victory is the capital of the state of Espírito Santo, in southeastern Brazil. It is known for its sandy beaches such as Camburi and Curva da Jurema. The city center includes the 20th-century Metropolitan Cathedral with stained glass windows. Nearby, the dilapidated Capela de Santa Luzia dates from the 16th century. Next to the Santa Maria river is the large Anchieta Palace, seat of the state government.
