Carnival`s main attraction is undoubtedly the internationally famous Parade that takes place at the Sambadrome. It is something that everyone should experience at least once in their life.
The 14 samba schools, called the special group, are divided into two days of parades. On Sunday, and Monday, 7 each day, ending the parade, with the champion of the previous year. The parade starts at 20h, ending around 6am. The performances are interesting because they tell stories, folklore, their musical plots, dance rhythms, extravagant fantasies, and their floats, which tell the story, whose samba plot is in keeping with the allegories.
Schools have 3,500 components, including drum members. A presentation of rhythms, games of sparkles and lights, with their feathers and sequins, that delights everyone.
