We will leave from our selected hotels in Tucumán at approximately 8 AM to go first to the former Ingenio San Pablo. Here we will learn what a sugar mill is, and how production is processed.
We will continue on our way while listening to different stories and myths that were created around the sugar culture, one of them is that of the Perro Familiar. We will arrive at the Jesuit ruins of Lules, where we will know the history of those who began to cultivate sugar cane during the 17th century. This activity was slowly thriving until it became one of the engines of the country.
Finally we will go to the Bishop Colombres Museum where we can learn how new production techniques made this industry revive . After the visit to the Museum, we will be returning to our selected hotels in Tucumán.
