Day 1: Trelew / Puerto Madryn - Peninsula Valdes
Arrival at Trelew airport or Puerto Madryn.
We will pick you up by the airport, to take you to your hotel, located in the center of the city of Puerto Madryn.
You will have the rest of the day free.
Accommodation in Puerto Madryn for 3 nights.
Day 2: Excursion to Peninsula Valdés
Early in the morning we will pick you up at your hotel to take you to Peninsula Valdes, Nature Reserve of Argentina and World Heritage declared by UNESCO. Its importance is focused in the amount of marine fauna that receives and visits the place every year, it is one of the main and most important whale watching destinations on the planet.
The first stop will be at the Istmo Carlos Ameghino interpretation center, where you can have quick references about fauna, flora and geology of the Peninsula. We will also enjoy the panoramic point that will allow us to observe the New Gulf, San José and Isla de los Pájaros.
Then another stop is made in the town of Puerto Pyramids where depending on the season you can take the whale watching (optional) or the nautical walk with snorkeling (optional).
Continuing the land route, subject to the season, the weather or the tides will be visited in different order or will be combined with other stops: Caleta Valdés, Punta Cantor and Punta Norte to observe sea elephants, penguins and sea lions.
The land sighting of land whales can be done from Punta Norte, having more chances of seeing them in the months of March and April.
The estimated return to the city is at approximately 6:30 pm

Day 3: Excursion to Lower Valley and Gaiman or Exc Excursion to Punta Tombo
On this day you can choose between two excursions according to your preference or the time of the year in which you visit this place:
Lower Valley and Gaiman Excursion (It operates all year):
This program will allow you to see and get to know the Chubut River Valley, its customs and culture in depth. We will leave from Puerto Madryn approx. at 12:00 h.
We will arrive at Playa Unión, mouth of the Chubut River where a small fishing port operates.
We continue our trip with a stop in the city of Trelew: optional, visit the MEF Dinosaur Museum.
We will continue touring the Chubut River Valley, seeing the Welsh Culture directly, through the typical Welsh Chapels, in the town of Gaiman , where we can taste Wales tea (optional). There will also be possibilities to visit the local Welsh Museum as an option.
Return to Puerto Madryn estimated, 7:00 p.m.
Excursion to Punta Tombo (Departures from September to April):
In the morning we leave for the penguin colony of the Punta Tombo Provincial Reserve. After an hour and a half journey through Patagonian routes, we arrive at the reserve.
Punta Tombo is a wildlife reserve on the Atlantic coast of the province of Chubut and one of the main and most numerous colonies continental breeding of the Magellanic Penguin.
Here the male penguins arrive at the beaches at the end of August, and recondition the same nest (well or cave) that the family used year after year. At the beginning of October, the females lay two eggs, which they hatch for forty days. During that time the couple takes turns feeding and caring for the nest. Any carelessness is used by seagulls and other birds to feed at the cost of eggs. By the end of April, the youngsters have learned to swim and feed themselves, and undertake their annual tour of the Atlantic with their parents.
We stay in the reserve approximately for two and a half hours to be able to travel with enough time, both the trails of the Pingüinera and the Punta Tombo Interpretation Center. Lunch is on your own and we can make use of the facilities of the place.
In the afternoon return to Puerto Madryn.
Night in Puerto Madryn
Day 4: Puerto Madryn - Esquel
After breakfast, We will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the city of Puerto Madryn.
At night, a vehicle will pick us up to take us to the Madryn bus stop. There we will take a bus line that will take us from east to west through the entire province of Chubut.
We will travel at night through the RN 3 and then take the RN 25. The trip will take Approximately 9 hours and we will travel 660 km.
Day 5: Arrival at Esquel
Esquel, city of entry to an incomparable mountain region whose nature surprises the traveler every season of the year. Esquel is always surrounded by landscapes of unusual beauty: ancient trees, brave rivers, hundreds of mirrors of water protected by enigmatic forests, delineate an area whose characteristic is surprise and delight.
We will arrive at the bus terminal in the morning, there a car will be waiting for us to take us to our hotel, located in the city center.
We will check in and we can enjoy from the rest of the day to our liking.

Day 6: Esquel - Los Alerces National Park
After breakfast, our guide will pick us up to see Los Alerces National Park:Located west of the province of Chubut, Its main attractions are its incomparable beauty next to the larches with hundreds of years of life.
Lake Futalaufquén, inside the park, has one of the best places for to sport fishing in Patagonia. This park is home to a beautiful and complex lake system where numerous rivers and streams flow and flow. The lakes are surrounded by mountain ranges covered with dense forests of coihue, cypress and lenga.
We will be back at the hotel at 6:00 p.m.
Night in Esquel
Day 7: Esquel to Bariloche
After breakfast, we will check out the hotel and have free time until the afternoon, when a vehicle will pick us up to take us to the Esquel Bus terminal.
We will take a Bus along the well-known RN 40 in the direction of San Carlos de Bariloche. On our way we will visit the Lago Puelo National Park: it belongs to the Patagonian forest and steppe eco-regions - whose climate is mild to cold and humid, with snowfall and winter rains - and high Andes whose soils are skeletal and of incipient evolution.
We will also pass through the town of El Bolson. Finally we arrive in San Carlos de Bariloche, this wonderful city is the gateway to the majestic and impressive region of the Argentine lakes. Much of the city borders the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi offering a unique panorama.
The trip lasts 4 hours and we will travel 285 km.

Day 8: Bariloche
After breakfast, we will be picked up by vehicle to take us to Puerto Pañuelo, here we will board a catamaran to navigate Victoria Island and Arrayanesforest: it is arrived after 30 minutes of navigation to Puerto Anchorena from where you start a walk through the central part of the island. Whoever wishes, can ascend to the Bellavista hill. Other alternatives include seeing cave paintings or reaching Playa del Toro. We embark again to reach the Arrayanes Forest to observe this unique tree species in the world.
We will return to the hotel in the afternoon.
Night in Bariloche
Day 9: Bariloche & nbsp;
Free day to explore the region.
One option may be the visit to the city of Villa La Angostura, which is located on the northwestern margin of Lake Nahuel Huapi, in the middle of the Patagonian mountain range. it is surrounded by, among others, the Bayo hills (ski center), Inacayal and Belvedere. Its landscapes of forests, lakes and mountains dazzle its visitors. Near the city is the Arrayanes National Park,which houses a forest of this tree species unique in the world for the quantity and size of the specimens.

Day 10: Bariloche
After breakfast, you can check-in at the hotel . You will have the rest of the day off until you are picked up to take you to Bariloche Airport.
