At 5:30 PM we will meet at our meeting point, which will also be the first brewery to visit . Here we will carry out a tasting of 10 varieties where we will discover the flavors of a craft beer. We will accompany it with a salty (braised pork tapa + raw ham with cheese and arugula) and sweet pairing (porter beer brownie and artisanal ice cream). There are vegetarian options.
Our next stop will be at approximately 6:30 PM in a argentinian street food restaurant: we will try the famous "choripán" with chimichurri, a typical sauce, along with an à la carte beer or a non-alcoholic drink.
Finally, at 8:00 PM we will arrive to a brewpub, which makes its own brews on site. This place is one year old and already has 12 faucets made by its particular laboratory.
Here we will be able to visit "behind the scenes" where the yeasts used in brewing are also produced, and we will have a chat with him, who will explain the brewing process to us.
Here we will enjoy one of their exclusive beers. In this brew pub our tour would end and our services end.
