Alamacén Olibó is a family business dedicated to farming and commercialization of olive oil , which is made up of three mono varietals: arauco, arbequina and frantoio, and two blends, one conventional and the other organic, and a limited edition unfiltered Olibo Nou oil (it has an intense bitterness and itching with a fruity aroma).

 

To the range of oils are also added balsamic vinegar , cabernet sauvignon wine vinegar and the delicious olive pastes.

 

Also, They have their star products that can be found in the farm shop or online on their website: Olivada (Green olive paste without artificial preservatives. Ideal to enjoy on a piece of bread or with anchovies, tomato or cheese in feta). There is also the Babaganush of aubergines roasted and peeled with sesame and lemon paste.

 

The Olibo farm It is located in Jocolí Viejo, in the department of Lavalle, half an hour away at auto from the city.

 

This area, due to its mild and dry climate with high temperatures in summer and close to 0 ° C in winter, it presents ideal characteristics for olive growing, allowing the raising of healthy and vigorous fruits, with high acid content oleic and antioxidants.
