Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to any website, mobile site, mobile applications and services offered by the Tangol Travel Blog (the "Services") and to the users of the Services (each a "User"). All images, drawings, graphics, videos, texts, links, publications, messages, emails, music, software, technology and all other materials and content are made available by the Tangol Travel Blog, its affiliated companies, licensors, service providers or also by the users of the Services.9 The Services are available for informational purposes only. Turismo Tangol Blog may require that you provide a unique username using your email address or other identifier, a password, date of birth, title, name, address, country, telephone number, and financial information to create a user account with us. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your user identification data updated. You will not use the name of another person as your username with the intention of impersonating that person. All user identification details, passwords and other data provided as part of our security procedures should be treated as confidential and should not be disclosed to any third party. You will be solely responsible to the Tourism Tangol Blog for any activity that occurs under your User account and we are not responsible for any problem with your User account due to the misuse of your identification data and / or passwords. If you become aware of or suspect a breach of the security of any part of the Services, you agree to notify us immediately at revista@tangol.com. You will not use another person's User account or identification details to use the Services without permission. We have the right to disable any user account or password, at any time, if in our absolute opinion the User has not complied with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use. By using the Services, you authorize us to collect, store, retain and use all information in accordance with our privacy policy. 

3. Conduct 
Users must use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use and not use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited. Users should not: 
• Use the Services in breach of applicable laws, regulations or contractual obligations. 
• Use the Services to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or offend others. 
• Interfere, interrupt or create an undue burden on the Services, or the associated hardware, software, and do not prevent or interfere with the use of the Services by others. 
• Copy, track, index, extract, collect, compile, obtain, add or store any Content, including, among others, photos, images, text, music, video, audio, podcasts, data, software, source code or object, algorithms , analysis, formulas or any other information available on the Service, including through an automatic or manual process or otherwise. 
• Cancel or evade any measure that we can use to prevent or restrict access to the Services. 
• Copy, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, assemble, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit or exploit the Services. Users must not upload, publish, transmit, distribute or make available any material that: (i) is not the user's original work, or that may infringe the rights of third parties, (ii) is false, misleading or inaccurate, ( iii) is defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or illegal, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others regarding race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability, or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by Tangol Travel Blog in its sole and absolute opinion, (iv) contains amounts of unsolicited, unwanted, unsolicited content, Repetitive, unauthorized or any other form of similar request (spam), or (v) contains financial, legal, medical or professional advice. 4. Viruses, Piracy and other Violations 
Users should not: 
• Misuse the Services by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or other malicious or technologically damaging material. 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or to any server, computer or database connected to the Services. We reserve the right to report any such breach to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and will cooperate with those authorities in disclosing the identity of any User suspected of having been involved in such activities, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Subject to the section below titled "Limitation of Liability", we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any form of denial of service attack, virus, worm, Trojan, logic bomb, or other technologically harmful material that may infect any computer. User software, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to the use of the Services or the download of any Material published on the Services, or on any website or other Materials provided through the Services. 

5. Intellectual Property Rights and License 
"Tangol Travel Blog" and the 'Tangol Tourism Blog' logo, and the names, logos, slogans and other marks that identify the companies of the Tangol group (collectively, the "Trademarks"), and all corresponding rights , are the property of Tangol. Any other trademarks or service marks that appear on the Services are the property of their respective owners. These Terms of Use do not grant Users the right to use any Trademark, or any service mark or logo that appears on the Services for any purpose. All content and all trademarks (collectively, the "Materials") are, or may be, protected by law. Tangol is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Materials. All rights to the Materials are reserved. Except as expressly established in these Terms of Use, Users have no rights in the Services or in any of the Materials. Subject to these Terms of Use, each User may for their personal, non-commercial use only view and download and print a copy of any page or section of the Services for personal reference and may draw the attention of others within their respective organization to any Material published or made available through the Services. This permission is granted subject to the condition that the User: (i) does not make modifications, changes or additions to any of the Materials; (ii) keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact and together with the Materials to which they refer; (iii) not to use the Materials in a way that suggests any association with other people, products, brands or services other than Tangol; and (iv) not download the Materials to any database or other system that may be used to prevent future downloads through the Services. Except as set forth in these Terms of Use, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, transferred, downloaded, modified, transmitted, displayed, sold, distributed, or licensed, by any means, or otherwise exploited without permission. prior written notice by Tangol. 

6. License Granted By Users 
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any User who uploads, transmits, publishes or makes available any Content through the Services: (i) guarantees that they have complied with all the requirements of these Terms of Use, (ii) Tangol Travel Blog grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual license to use, edit, modify, add, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of showing, making and exploiting said Content in any form or format, and for any purposes, including, among others, third party websites and after the termination of your User account, and (iii) unconditionally waives all moral rights regarding said Content. For clarity, the license granted to us (i) includes our right to use such Content for commercial purposes, such as, advertising campaigns or sponsored Content and you will not be entitled to any remuneration for such use, (ii) applies to your name and image, to the extent that said Content includes your name or image, and (iii) also applies to any Content made available by Users by using the hashtag #blogdeviajestangol or other specific hashtags of Tangol Travel Blog in Instagram, Twitter or any other platform or in the context of any other social media campaign that requests the sending of images. For clarity, the above licenses do not affect your other property or license rights in the Content provided by you; you retain all copyright. If we are notified in writing of any actual or suspected infringement of the intellectual property rights of any User, or of any third party, we will make corrections or remove the allegedly infringing material if requested, to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law. . 7. Content Availability 
Viajes Tangol Blog does not guarantee that any Material will be available, and reserves the right to: (i) delete, edit, modify or manipulate any Material at its sole discretion, at any time, without notification to Users and by any or without reason and (ii) delete or block any Material from the Services. 

8. Trust in Information 
The opinions and materials provided on the Services are not intended to be advice or recommendations that should be relied upon. The opinions and the Materials on the Services are not intended to be, and do not constitute, a communication, invitation or incentive to participate in any investment activity, or otherwise negotiate the shares of Tangol Srl., Or any other company. Subject to the section below titled "Limitation of Liability", we disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on such opinions and Materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the Materials provided through the Services, we make no representations, warranties, express or implied, that such Materials are correct, accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Viajes Tangol Blog is not responsible for the accuracy of such Materials, and assumes no obligation to update, modify or publicly rectify any statement contained in this document, in light of new information or future developments.

We participate in affiliate marketing and may allow links to be encoded on some of our pages. This means that we can earn a commission by clicking on it, making a purchase or any other relevant action through the links. 

10. User Generated Content 
User-generated content is content that you or other users upload, send, post, distribute or make available to the Services. We reserve the right to revise, edit, move or delete any CGU, at our sole discretion and without notice, but we have no duty to do so. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Blog de Viajes Tangol has no responsibility or liability towards you for the CGU, including any failure or delay in removing the CGU. 11. Compensation 
Each user (the "Indemnifying Party") agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Blog de Viajes Tangol harmless, officials, employees, agents, service providers and contractors (collectively, "Indemnified Blog de Viajes Tangol") by and against any claim, losses, expenses, demands or responsibilities (including attorneys' fees and costs), incurred by the Tangol Travel Blog Indemnites that may arise or be related to: (i) any claim of a third party related to the publication, distribution , modification or alteration by the indemnifying Party of any Content.
