Your chef, Enrique Oliver opted for a short menu with a Patagonian stamp and very fresh worked in the day. And among the tempting options is the star: grilled trout with mushroom sauce, white vegetables, confit leeks, turnips, cauliflower, and a touch of sesame oil, plus a vinaigrette of Turkish lentils.
