Alberto Mazzei and his family opened the mountain brewery and bar  El Paraje in Colonia Suiza. It has the typical spirit of the Bariloche microbrewery: careful and delicate artisan production. It presents different styles to be tasted exclusively at El Paraje or at the Cerro Viejo restaurant. The most prominent are: Apa, Honey, Pilsen, Red Ale, Stout, India Pale Ale, Belgian and Porter.

The parador, open every day from 11 am to 12 pm on a regular schedule, has a great variety of Patagonian craft beers  and imported, in the “multi-brand concept” format, and drinks, juices and smoothies also shine, as well as mountain foods: Milanese (recommended: Neapolitan style), hamburgers, oreganato chicken, tenderloins and for vegetarians, vegetable crepes.
