En the  most popular grill in San Martín de los Andes, they have their court of star meat: the chorizo steak but they are also highly recommended: the entraña, the lamb ribs, and the tenderloin. 


Between the achuras, the most requested are: lamb gizzards, blood sausage, chinchulines and kidneys. Other jewels of this grill are the empanadas de wood-fired chorizo, lemon trout with noisettes potatoes, provoletas and venison stew.


For the dessert the Don Florencio Cup, an exquisite cup of American ice cream covered with raspberries, dulce de leche and homemade whipped cream.
