En
the most popular grill in San Martín de los Andes, they have their court of
star meat: the chorizo steak but they are also highly recommended: the
entraña, the lamb ribs, and the tenderloin.
Between the
achuras, the most requested are: lamb gizzards, blood sausage,
chinchulines and kidneys. Other jewels of this grill are the empanadas de
wood-fired chorizo, lemon trout with noisettes potatoes,
provoletas and venison stew.
For the
