has been linked to viticulture. Many generations dedicated their lives to work in the
vineyards transforming daily effort into a culture of wine.
Lands
Altas is one of the first boutique wineries in Mendoza, built in
1999, has 250,000lts of capacity entirely in tanks of
stainless steel and high-tech machinery to give grapes a
proper and careful treatment. They also have an underground cellar
unique, to give way in the middle and high lines to the aging in barrels of
oak and later stowed in bottle.
To savor traditional dishes
like lamb and trout, I recommend you stop by her restaurant, Juana María
located in the helmet of the stay. There you can accompany the dishes of their
best varieties of malbecs and sauvinongs.
