The menus
restaurant are made mainly taking into account the ingredients
local and paying attention to seasonal products. Food is
prepared in an artisanal way, from the kneading of the bread, the pastry to the
homemade icecream.
The input
The most popular of the place is the provoleta with roasted vegetables (tomatoes
dried, onions, zucchini, aubergines). In addition, it comes accompanied with
country toast, lettuce salad sprinkled with a kind of vinaigrette
with bell peppers of all colors and the outstanding olive oil of the house.
