A complex located 45 kilometers from the City of Mendoza, in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. It is surrounded by vineyards and beautiful landscapes that invite you to live experiences unforgettable at the foot of the Andes mountain range.

 

The  menus  restaurant are made mainly taking into account the ingredients local and paying attention to seasonal products. Food is prepared in an artisanal way, from the kneading of the bread, the pastry to the homemade icecream.

 

The input The most popular of the place is the  provoleta with roasted vegetables (tomatoes dried, onions, zucchini, aubergines). In addition, it comes accompanied with country toast, lettuce salad sprinkled with a kind of vinaigrette with bell peppers of all colors and the outstanding olive oil of the house.

 

La provoleta It comes on a steel plate, warm and ready to eat.
