Leticia Fenoglio, daughter and granddaughter of master chocolatiers is another protagonist of the Barilochense world of chocolate with her brother Aldo and her father Diego, founder of the Rapanui store on Miter Street, the chocolate shop most visited in Bariloche.
The family brand was born in 1996 and created products that became classics, such as the star chocolate FraNui, Raspberries from El Bolsón bathed in two chocolates. Rapanui recently launched the "Golosa" series of tablets that are expected to be all the rage like the Franui. The varieties are: the millefeuille with milk chocolate and dulce de leche, the millefeuille with white chocolate and dulce de leche, and the caramelised pistachio nougat.
In addition of chocolates and ice cream, you can also find chocolate soups, ravioli and cacao dough breads. If you want to try other original and tasty flavors, I recommend 70% cocoa chocolate with Patagonian sea salt and caramel. Another “exotic” is the chocobeers, made with stout beer.
More than a chocolate shop, Rapa Nui is a great confectionery where you can taste all kinds of typical delicacies with a space to sit down to enjoy them. The place on Miter Street has irresistible display furniture for classic and novel chocolates, as well as desserts, ice creams and even salty artisan products.
