It is the most popular grill in Bariloche , the most recommended cuts of meat are: the entraña, the asado strip, the lamb ribs, the picaña and the pork slaughter. They also have an exquisite variety of achuras : lamb sweetbreads, blood sausage, chinchulines and chorizos. Another gem of this grill are the chorizo empanadas cooked on firewood. You can accompany all these meals with salads, French fries, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes or pumpkin.

For dessert, the Alberto Cup, an exquisite cup of ice cream American topped with raspberries, dulce de leche and homemade whipped cream.
