The bistro opened its doors at the end of June 2008 and slowly earned a place in the local fine dining. Having a maximum of 18 chairs means that most of the time I work full. Another feature is that it has a different vegan gourmet menu every noon.

The featured dishes are: the house's s opa with leeks, potatoes and crispy bacon. “Homemade delicacies for two,” including pâté and pickled nuts, pickles, marinated cheese, cold cuts, curry chips and spiced bread. Another must-see is the mushroom wrapping and the Huancaino seafood , prepared with a Peruvian recipe. A recommended drink to accompany these entrees can be torrontés wine naturally sweet.
All combinations are harmonious and the presentations of each dish  They are something characteristic of the place.
