The southernmost city in the world offers you a circuit of walks with unique landscapes: trekking in Tierra del Fuego National Park.

The panorama is dazzling, with snow-capped mountains, lakes crystal clear rivers and sub-Antarctic forests that stretch for miles. You will be able to appreciate spectacular views of the Cordillera de los Andes, the Beagle Channel and the island of Navarino.

In addition, there is a great variety of flora, such as the lenga, the ñire, the coirón and the peat bog, as well as a rich and diverse fauna, which includes species such as the guanaco, the red fox, the beaver, the caiquén, among others.

The degree of duration and difficulty of the trails varies according to the chosen route, but in general they are moderate walks with some ups and downs. One of the most popular hikes is the Costera trail, which runs about 8 kilometers from Lapataia Bay to Zaratiegui Cove, passing through the Verde Lagoon and Larga beach.

Another of the popular routes is the Pampa Alta trail, which stretches for 6.5 kilometers and crosses the sub-Antarctic forest. You can also walk the Hito XXIV trail, which marks the border between Argentina and Chile
