The menu
covers seven gastronomic regions of the country. The star dishes are the
goat ricotta ravioli with north argentine lent seeds, quinoa salad,
Pumpkin from San Juan, the "goat from Malargüe" and the Milanese from
rabbit.
They have a
tasting of national and international wines, the recommended one is Malbec from
Salentein wineries.
The menu
has gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly meals. Restaurant is very cozy, its interior is all made of wood and marble. The
decoration of the dishes is another of the points in favor of Siete Cocinas.
