It is the oldest restaurant in El Calafate and maintains its still life style. The specialty of the house is Patagonian Lamb on the grill or on the cross, although the  recipes with meats   of beef cannot be underestimated: loins, steaks and vacuum. Another must-see are the sweetbreads with roquefort cream and potatoes. There are also other grilled delicacies like trout and herbed salmon. Do not miss the provoletas, the lamb tongue and the pickled Patagonian hare. For dessert?  The signature tiramisu.
