In Colonia El Zorzal se they can taste and carry the exquisite extra olive oils virgin  Nobile.


This great olive and olive oil producing farm started with a farmer Italian born in Parma who settled in these lands, in 1883, and began to grow olive trees. Currently, this startup is   led by his grandson,  Juan Carlos Pisi with his children.


During visit this wonderful space you will be able to know its plants with 160 years old , you will be able to learn curiosities of olives, as for example that these are always green and that they turn black when allowed to mature on the plant or that it takes a day to harvest a plant and that 250 kilos of olives can be extracted. And that every 100 kilos you can make 10 liters of oil. Everything you want to know about this curious production in Colonia Zorzal will provide it to you in the warmest and complete!


In your living room for sale you will be able to find delicious fleshy olives to take away, oils of all kinds of quality and variety, as well as olive pastes.


Also the The Pisi family invites those who visit them to taste oils in two varieties: arauco and blend (arauco, manzanilla, farca and frantoio).
