Another page in the chocolate history of Bariloche is written by Mamuschka, a company founded in 1989 by Juan Carlos Carzalo. Among the delicious creations of the Russian doll brand is the nougat timbale , with layers of almond praline , caramel and Mamusch Cream . The latter won the silver medal at the 10th edition of the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2019 in London.
All chocolates with milk, semi-bitter and bitter are made from cocoa beans from Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and Brazil. The chocolate shop is constantly innovating, as in the tablets 70% cocoa from Chuao de Venezuela, 85% cocoa from the Ecuadorian Amazon and 56% cocoa from Chuao with dried fruits.
In the quaint shops you can also find other sweet products such as caramelized dates, lemon mousse and homemade marzipan with amaretto. Boxed or canned chocolates (including personalized artisan boxes), children's sweets, bars, nougat, ice cream and the unique branch chocolate.
