The three-hour bus tour includes the parks and gardens of the Recoleta and Palermo neighborhoods, the Colon Theatre, Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, the traditional Avenida de Mayo, Plaza del Congreso and many other buildings and palaces. The tour continues with a visit to San Telmo, residence of the aristocracy until the end of the 19th century. After that you will have the opportunity to explore Caminito Street in La Boca.

Optional: Tiger Half-Day Tour.

Day 3: A day in the Argentinean countryside: Gaucho day trip:

Experience a "Gaucho Party" on this full day trip from Buenos Aires to Santa Susana Ranch, a traditional Argentinean country ranch. Loosely translated as the South American version of the cowboys, gauchos are residents of the plains of Argentina, and at Santa Susana, they offer a full-day of ranch activities, horseback riding, a traditional folk show, a barbecue lunch, wine and a performance of their fantastic horseback skills.
Departure from Buenos Aires in a comfortable car for the scenic drive through the Argentine pampas (plains) to Estancia Santa Susana, located in Los Cardales. When you arrive at this traditional estancia, your day begins with a pleasant welcome reception at the ranch pub with empanadas and wine. You can also take a guided tour of some of Santa Susana's attractions, including its museum and church, before enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride or going on horseback to explore the ranch grounds. Back at the ranch, you can enjoy a delicious "asado" (Argentinean barbecue) including sausages and chicken, accompanied by salad and drinks (red and white wine, soft drinks, water and coffee). Afterwards you can drink the famous "mate" (an Argentinean drink made from yerba mate leaves and dipped in hot water) and finish with a cupcake! During lunch, we will have a Tango and Folklore Show and we will be able to see an exciting boleadora show, with the throwing of the weapons used by the gauchos. When you have finished eating, the real entertainment begins as you watch the gauchos show off their incredible skills on the estancia. You will be impressed by a ring race (known as La Sortija), animal breeding and the cuadreras race, a typical gaucho game.
When your day at the estancia is over, we will take you back to Buenos Aires. Free night.

Day 4: From Buenos Aires to Iguazú Falls:

After breakfast at your hotel in Buenos Aires, you will be met by a transfer to the airport to take the flight to Puerto Iguazú, the small town near the spectacular Iguazu Falls. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your comfortable hotel in the city. In the afternoon we will visit the Iguazú Falls on the Brazilian side.
From the Brazilian side you will discover a panoramic view of the Argentinean falls. After 950 meters with impressive views over the Iguazu River you will reach the falls on the Brazilian side. The walkway entering the river next to the Floriano fall gives the visitor a refreshing reception and a beautiful panoramic view of the lower Iguazu River and the Devil's Throat. The elevator and stairs lead to the shopping area and restaurant upstairs. Free night.

Day 5: Exploring the waterfalls:

After breakfast, you will be welcomed for your excursion into the Iguazú National Park to spend the day exploring the waterfalls and surrounding rivers and jungle. The park consists of several trails that take you through the jungle on wooden walkways built a few meters above the jungle floor and waterways. These elevated platforms protect the natural habitat of the jungle flora and fauna and will give you spectacular views. Optional: Great sailing adventure.
Free night.

The tour starts from the city of Salta on Route 68 towards Cafayate arriving at noon after crossing the Quebrada del Río Las Conchas. We will visit the Vine and Wine Museum and two wineries where we will be able to taste their wines. In recent years, the wine industry has experienced tremendous growth by promoting the development of extraordinary quality wines recognized in international markets and competitions. The quality and uniqueness of Salta high altitude wine is the result of the combination of the privileged conditions of the terroir and technological innovation, together with the dedication and knowledge of the producers. One of the most influential factors is the altitude of the valley where the vineyards are located (between 1600 and 2400 above sea level). Return to Salta by the same route. Free night.
