About this tour
In the morning, at the established time, the guide will pick us up at the hotels in Coyhaique to transfer us to the Cerro Castillo National Park, located 100 km away from the city. Once we arrive at the goal, we will begin the long-awaited trekking of 9 km to the majestic Laguna Verde, one of the most beautiful landscapes of the reserve.
We will walk through lenga and ñire forests, continuing along a moraine that will take us to the lagoon, with unique views of General Carrera Lake and the Ibáñez River Valley.
Once we reach the At the top, we will take a 45-minute break to enjoy our picnic-style lunch and appreciate the impressive Laguna Verde, which is formed thanks to the glaciers of Cerro Castillo.
