About this tour

For approximately 30 minutes , you will enter the grill area accompanied by the chef, who will share each stage of the Argentine barbecue process.

You will learn how meats are selected, you will learn the differences between traditional cuts such as ribeye steak and sirloin steak , you will discover the importance of fire, embers and cooking times, and you will even participate in different stages of preparation under professional supervision.

More than a cooking class, it is a true immersion in one of Argentina`s most representative traditions: sharing around the fire.

After the activity, you will enjoy a full lunch or dinner with house specialties made with excellent quality meats from heavy steers fed mainly on pasture and finished on grain.

Qué experiencia increíble. La Experiencia Privada en Parrilla Terraza de Tangol fue lo mejor de mi paso por Buenos Aires. Desde el primer saludo, súper cálidos y puntuales. En la terraza, el parrillero nos explicó técnicas, cortes y tiempos, mientras probábamos entradas riquísimas y vinos argentinos.
