The day begins at 8:30 AM with departure from centrally located hotels. Accompanied by a specialized bilingual guide who will accompany you throughout the tour, providing context about the history, geography, and wine culture of Mendoza.
The first stop is at Altavista Winery, a historic gem located in Chacras de Coria. There you will discover a boutique offering where tradition and technology combine to create elegant wines. After touring the facilities, you will enjoy an exclusive tasting: three glasses of wine and a sparkling wine in the private room.
The tour continues to Bodega Trivento, one of Argentina`s most recognized brands worldwide. You will discover a large-scale, modern winery focused on exports. The visit includes a tasting of three different lines of Malbec, which showcase the richness and variety of Mendoza`s terroir.
Later, the experience expands to the flavors of olive oil at Olivícola Laur, one of the most award-winning in the country. You`ll learn about the winemaking process and taste different varieties, accompanied by regional products.
The perfect end to the day comes with a three-course lunch at Bodega Tempus Alba, a family business that has been dedicated to wine for generations. In a setting surrounded by vineyards and mountains, you`ll enjoy typical Argentine dishes, with wines designed to accompany each step of the menu.
The experience ends around 5:00 PM, with the return to the city of Mendoza.
