Very few matches have visiting fans due to a long history of clashes between supporters. The matches that still allow both sets of fans are those in continental tournaments like the Copa Libertadores and the Sudamericana, where security measures are increased to ensure everyone's safety.
In December 2018, River and Boca played the Copa Libertadores final in Madrid. The incidents leading up to the match caused the Argentine Football Association to take such a measure. The clash occurred at the entrance of the bus carrying Boca's players to River's stadium. It was the most important match in the country's history. Here is a high-definition summary of the match where the passion and emotion transcend the screen.
As mentioned earlier, Racing and Independiente are from the Avellaneda neighborhood, and their stadiums are just a few meters apart. In the following video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GASpMsGo_bs) , we show you the views one club has of the other.
