By Plane from Santiago to São Paulo
Unfortunately, there are no direct flights from Chile to Bonito. The fastest alternative is to fly to São Paulo and then connect with a domestic flight to Campo Grande, the closest city to Bonito.
The total flight time, including the layover, will be approximately 6 hours. That is 4 hours to fly from Santiago to Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo (GRU), plus 2 hours to fly from São Paulo to Campo Grande.
Flying from Santiago to Rio de Janeiro may not be practical since the plane to Campo Grande will make a stopover in São Paulo, increasing the flight time to 9 or 14 hours due to the wait at the airport.
The airlines that offer direct flights from Santiago to São Paulo are LATAM, Sky Airline, and once in São Paulo, you can fly with Gol, Azul or LATAM to Campo Grande.
