of trajectory, El Quincho del Tío Querido invites its guests to enjoy
of the cuts of roast strip, loin, vacuum, rib, entrails and tail of
rump, accompanied by select aged wines.
The dishes
star of the restaurant are the tenderloin with bacon and malbec wine sauce or the
chorizo steak with garnish (French fries, salads, grilled vegetables or
mashed potatoes). If you like sweet and sour, I chose the pork tenderloin stuffed with sauce
honey and beer.
Among the
desserts the chocolate ice cream takes center stage, try it with mango or passion fruit.
