Details of Day Tours

On the Argentine side of the Falls The following walks can be enjoyed:

Upper Walkway : An 800-meter walkway. This circuit offers views of the waterfalls from the top of Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez, M`Bigua, and other falls.

Walk duration: one ( 1 ) hour .

Difficulty level : easy, no stairs.

Lower Walkway : A 1,600-meter walk along a boardwalk offers views from the base of the Dos Hermanas, Alvar Núñez, San Martín, and Bosetti waterfalls, as well as the Peñón de la Bella Vista (Beautiful View Point), which provides a panoramic view of the Devil`s Throat and the Lower Iguazu River Canyon. This unique experience allows you to feel an integral part of the natural environment, experiencing the magnitude of the falls up close.

The walk lasts two ( 2 ) hours .

Difficulty level : moderate, with stairs.

Devil`s Throat: Departing from Cataratas Station, the train travels to Garganta Station in approximately 18 minutes. The walk along the walkways extends for 1,200 meters to reach the main balcony and admire the most spectacular and important waterfall of the Iguazu Falls, the Devil`s Throat.

This tour takes approximately two ( 2 ) hours .

The Great Adventure:

The walk is divided into 2 parts: Navigation in the semi-rigid boats (zodiacs) that make the approach to the base of the San Martín, Bosetti, Tres Mosqueteros and Garganta del Diablo waterfalls and the Navigation downstream through the river rapids , arriving at Puerto Macuco (3 kilometers from the Falls). The second part consists of traveling with Movitrucks along 8 kilometers through the Misiones rainforest and to interpret the flora and fauna of the region together with specialized guides of this walk.

*IMPORTANT: Due to the El Niño weather phenomenon, which is expected to bring heavy rains to the region, the National Park authorities have decided to implement a preventative closure of the Devil's Throat circuit starting Monday, August 3rd. We want to assure you that Iguazu National Park remains open and operating normally. This decision is a very positive protective measure. It involves the temporary dismantling of the walkways to safeguard the structure before the river level rises, thus ensuring that the circuit will reopen as soon as conditions permit. It is estimated that it will remain closed for approximately 90 to 120 days. *Pick-up is only available from hotels located in the city center. If your accommodation is outside this area, a meeting point will be provided. *The pick-up time will be confirmed 24 hours before the tour. This time is approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors. Hotels on the Brazilian side must go through immigration procedures, which may take longer than the estimated time.
