About this tour
In the morning an expert guide will pick you up at your hotel in the center of Mendoza to depart for the most renowned wine regions of South America . You will arrive at Luján de Cuyo, in the upper valley of Mendoza, where the chardonnay, malbec and cabernet sauvignon grapes thrive at 1,000 meters above sea level. This is where the fascinating day of wine tours in Mendoza begins.
After a short drive, arrive at your first stop, an industrial warehouse, where you will have the opportunity to stroll through the vineyards and enjoy a tasting led by experts. Starting with the world famous Malbec from Argentina and you will learn about other grapes grown in the region, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Chardonnay.
They will continue to a boutique winery for the second wine tasting and where they will observe a different side of the region`s wine production, since here they will be able to see the difference between industrial wine production and a on a smaller scale with artisan processes.
Upon arrival at the third and last winery, the host will be waiting to greet you Welcome to enjoy a delicious gourmet lunch inside the winery, paired with our own labels.
In each winery you will learn details the different histories and methods involved in their various approaches to winemaking.
Depending on availability, the options of wineries to visit will be Lunlunta, Fray Luis Beltrán in the Department of Maipú and Perdriel, Agrelo, Alto Agrelo and the Vistalba Valley in Luján de Cuyo.
