Meet your host in a traditional Buenos Aires neighborhood just minutes from the city center. The class can be during the morning plus lunch or in the afternoon plus dinner.

You can take this culinary class in the afternoon and then enjoy an excellent dinner made by you himself. Meet your host in the Coghlan Neighborhood of the Federal Capital. In the kitchen of this expert local chef, you can prepare traditional dishes, knowing all their secrets and also learning about local gastronomy.
The class begins with the description of the ingredients that will be used for the dishes. Then start cooking the dishes yourself, with the help of a great instructor with vast experience. For the starter, you will prepare the renowned and delicious Argentine empanadas , learning all the secrets of the filling and the dough. The meat stew will be the main dish: a typical Argentine dish prepared with a contemporary recipe, giving it a different flavor (ingredients: beef, rum, red wine and mushrooms). Finally, a Dulce de Leche and Rum Semifreddo: a contemporary dessert prepared with classic ingredients from Argentine cuisine. We have a vegetarian menu available with prior reservation. All ingredients and utensils are included.
