The walking tour begins at our San Telmo office. This is one of Buenos Aires` oldest neighborhoods and boasts a vibrant tango and arts scene. Its antique markets, streetlights (known as "faroles"), cobblestones, old buildings, and original decor all contribute to the area`s unique bohemian atmosphere. Sundays are the busiest days as the street market comes alive around Plaza Dorrego. We will enter the San Telmo Market, a building inaugurated in 1897 to supply the large wave of immigrants who arrived at that time. -wrap;">Today, you can still find some shops selling meat, vegetables and other groceries, although most of the shops offer local cuisine and specialties from around the world. Here we will enjoy some delicious empanadas. We will continue our walk along Defensa Street, in the heart of the San Telmo neighborhood, until we reach the plaza. We will then take a bus to reach the La Boca neighborhood, known for the team`s stadium. Boca Juniors and along the colorful Caminito street. We will be captivated by the street tango dance and song performances and learn how tango, football, and various immigration influences have made Buenos Aires one of the most irresistible cities in the world. Here we will take a break while enjoying coffee and a snack. On board another bus, we will enjoy views of the modern skyscrapers of Puerto Madero until we reach Plaza de Mayo, the main square of Buenos Aires and the political heart of Argentina. We will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and see the Cabildo, the colonial City Hall, and the Casa Rosada, the seat of executive power. After exploring the plaza, we will head to the Obelisk, the symbol of Buenos Aires. Be part of this incredible metropolis, experiencing the daily life of an Argentine citizen and walk along the lively 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest avenue in the world. Historic buildings, monuments, and streets will showcase the changes the city has undergone since its founding. Aboard the subway, we`ll arrive in the Recoleta neighborhood, where we`ll find beautiful architecture, numerous museums, elegant cafes and restaurants, exclusive avenues, and shopping centers. We`ll explore the impressive Recoleta Cemetery, the final resting place of many of the country`s aristocratic families and renowned historical figures such as Eva Duarte Perón. The tour ends for those who have selected the option without an after-party.

Then we will board a bus to reach the Montserrat neighborhood and visit the Barolo Palace, a building inaugurated in 1923 and declared a National Historic Monument, which boasts architecture with rigorous symbolism that includes numerous analogies and references to Dante Alighieri`s Divine Comedy.

Here we will take a 1.5-hour guided tour where we will explore the most representative floors of Dante`s levels, while learning about their history and the meanings of the symbols related to the Divine Comedy and Freemasonry.
