Welcome and Tour of the Ranch

Your day begins with a warm welcome and a glass of wine. As you enjoy your first sips, we`ll step into the charming Mercado , a space inspired by traditional Argentine country stores. Accompanied by a knowledgeable host, you`ll learn about the history, secrets, and philosophy of this wonderful project created by renowned winemaker Alejandro Vigil . From there, we`ll continue our tour, exploring the Fogón and Patio areas, before strolling through the vineyards and discovering our winery facilities.

Themed Terroir Tasting

The time has come to discover the identity of Argentina`s most emblematic grape variety. In the intimacy of the winery, we will hold an exclusive tasting of three Malbec wines from different wine regions of the country , allowing you to appreciate how each soil influences the flavor. To make the experience perfect, the tasting will be accompanied by a delicious selection of artisanal charcuterie, regional cheeses, and select olives.

Three-Course Paired Lunch

The day culminates with a fine dining experience at our restaurant. You`ll enjoy an exclusive three-course menu crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms (seasonal vegetables, poultry, dairy products, and our renowned beef), treated with the utmost care to highlight their natural qualities. Each dish will be carefully paired with the winery`s most awarded and internationally acclaimed wines (Estancia Vigil`s crown jewel). Lunch includes still and sparkling water and concludes with a refined Nespresso coffee service.

End of the Experience

After lunch, you will have free time to relax, walk around the gardens, take photographs and enjoy the natural surroundings before the activity ends.
