About this tour

We will start the day with a reception at the ranch, where you will be introduced to the world of Polo, informing you about the fundamentals of the game, the rules, its history and the active participation that polo and its protagonists have had worldwide. There will also be talk about the horses used for sport, their selection, breeding and training. 

Then, we will enjoy a polo class with professionals. 

The polo class lasts approximately two hours and has a theoretical and practical part, in which the student is always accompanied by professional bilingual polo instructors and is taught for beginners as well as advanced players.

At noon, we will all enjoy a country barbecue with select meats and wines, the best excuse to relax and Enjoy an excellent day of Polo.

In the afternoon, you can enjoy outdoor activities in the extensive field, such as tennis courts and a swimming pool. 

Then you will enjoy a snack with typical Argentine products.

Polo at the la Martina Club Tour - Guide Ezequiel

Ezequiel was a most informative individual. His passion for his work and his love for polo was most evident in all he did and said. While horseback riding is not my greatest strength he did allow me the opportunity to experience actually playing polo for about ten minutes. My choice to stop as it was medically challenging for me. Nevertheless this did not take away from my experience rather it enhanced it as it allowedme to gain an understanding of this sport especially when a game was played in front of everyone. Lunch with him and the other two clients/their guide was most enjoyable. Touring the grounds just added to the experience. I would recommend Ezequiel to all.

I joined the full day polo tour at La Martina and spent a great time in their ranch. We learnt the basics about this sport and played a polo game by the end of the afternoon. It was really exciting! By the way, the barbecue was also awesome! =)
