About this tour
After breakfast and meeting the tour guide at the hotel around 9:00 a.m., we will begin the trip to Tigre.
Once we arrive in Tigre we will begin the tour of the city in our private vehicle. This will be the best way to tour Tigre since it will allow you to see the attractions of the place while the guide informs us and shares his knowledge of the place, necessary to understand the importance and history of each attraction.
In the port of the city of Tigre, we will board a modern catamaran to begin a navigation of about an hour through the Delta. We will travel through the numerous tributaries of the main rivers and pass between the numerous islands, where we will be able to see the forms of life that exist in this microenvironment. Once we disembark again in the City of Tigre, after noon, we will have lunch at a restaurant located in front of the river to enjoy wonderful views of the city.
When we have finished lunch, we will make the first stop at Paseo Victorica, an exceptional place that combines nature, river views, gastronomy, rowing clubs and historical landmarks and museums. Then, the second stop will be at the Puerto de Frutos. This place was the old port for the disembarkation of merchandise from the Delta and is currently a local tourist spot, visited every weekend by inhabitants of Buenos Aires, as a recreation next to the river. Here you will have free time to visit the fair, take photos and buy souvenirs and crafts.
Around 4 pm we will begin the trip back to the City of Buenos Aires to take you back to your hotel.
