We will leave the city
from Santiago towards the Pacific coast, crossing the valleys of Casablanca and Curacaví;
important areas of agriculture and wine activity in Chile.
After this
interesting route we will arrive at Viña del Mar, known as the “City
Jardín” for its parks and gardens. Here we can discover its attractions, including
the Flower Clock, Casino Games and the emblematic Quinta Vergara, place chosen by residents
and tourists to enjoy its extensive beaches and coastline.
The walk continues
towards Valparaíso, known as "The Pearl of the Pacific", declared a World Heritage
of Humanity by UNESCO in 2003 for its unique style and
atmosphere. Upon arrival we will be surprised by its colorful houses anchored
in the hills and its picturesque landscapes that make this city a unique destination
to visit.
We will know the Plaza Sotomayor, important historical sector of
the city surrounded by important buildings and emblematic monuments, such as the Monument
to the Heroes of Iquique. We will make a walking tour to appreciate that port charm
typical of the city, with its winding streets and stairways full of color, art and stories that we will discover at every step.
