We will begin our tour by departing to Puerto Varas, to travel around Lake Llanquihue. We will be able to appreciate beautiful fields that decorate the landscape until we arrive at Villa Ensenada, one of the main rural towns of the south of Chile and one of the centers of adventure tourism of the Region of the Lakes.
Then we will go to the Vicente Perez Rosales Park, which is a protected area framed by the Andes Mountains. From here we will begin our excursion to the Osorno Volcano.
We will walk in the middle of native forests as we approach the volcano. When we reach 1000 meters high, we will stop to observe the crater "La Burbuja". This crater has a depth of 20 meters and we can still appreciate the traces of the lava flow, more than 130 years ago. We will take some time to enjoy the panoramic view of the Petrohué River Valley, and the Calbuco Volcano in the Andes Mountains.
We will continue our way until we reach the Osorno Volcano, where we will find a ski center with the best view of the country, which has service facilities and a cafeteria that we can use. Also, optionally, we will be able to access the ski lifts to have a better view of the volcano.
After enjoying the scenery, we will return to our selected hotels in Puerto Varas.
