Frequently asked questions

Brazil is a gigantic country, composed of several ecosystems. To find out the best time of year to visit your country we first need to look at your interest. To help, let's divide the country into 5 major regions. 1 - Northeast. Sun and beach destinations like Salvador, Recife, Fortaleza, Maceió and São Luis. The best time to visit the region is from August to March, the period with the lowest rainfall. 2- Pantanal. Destinations such as Miranda, Bonito, North Pantanal and South Pantanal. Unlike other regions, the Pantanal can be visited throughout the year. In the dry season (May - September) it is possible to see more animals circulating. Already in the rainy season (January to March) the landscape changes, large lakes complete the ecosystem. 3 - Southeast. Destinations like Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. The best time to visit is from January to May. 4 - South. Destinations with Iguazu Falls. The best time to know the region is in the rainy season. The rivers are fuller, and the waterfalls are more beautiful. 5 - Amazon. Destinations like Manaus. It is best to avoid the region's rainy season and get to know destinations between May and June.

In Brazil we speak Portuguese. But do not confuse with Portuguese of Portugal, despite the influence and clear similarity some terms may have quite different meanings.

Dunes, quiet beaches, and seamless weekend transfers around Touros

Traveling with friends, we loved how smoothly this weekend escape ran. The transfer from Natal airport arrived at Vila Galé Touros right on schedule, and our driver had chilled water waiting. The beach, dunes, and coconut-lined stretches around Touros were gorgeous, especially at sunset near the São Miguel do Gostoso area. Pickups matched the itinerary closely; even our 7:30 a.m. departure left only five minutes late. Easy, relaxed, beautiful.

Pools, beach games, and anniversary laughs at our wonderfully easy Natal getaway

We booked this for our anniversary and Ocean Palace made it ridiculously easy to relax. Tangol’s booking team answered our questions quickly, even confirming by WhatsApp which restaurants needed reservations and arranging our airport transfer. At the resort, we bounced between the pools, beach volleyball, kayaking, the gym, evening shows, and a surprisingly fun aqua-aerobics class. There was always something to do, but also plenty of quiet corners when we wanted them. The all-inclusive food and drinks were a huge win. Two happy, slightly sunburned newlyweds!

A relaxed family escape with smart guidance and plenty to do

After a hectic year, our family needed an easy getaway, and this package delivered. The Enotel Porto de Galinhas resort was comfortable, with plenty for the kids, but our guide, Rafael, made the trip special. He knew the coastline inside out and explained why the natural pools are clearest at low tide. He also arranged a buggy ride, reef snorkeling, and a stop at Maracaípe for fresh coconut water. Having activities, meals, and downtime included meant we could relax without planning anything. Great family reset.

Birthday Bliss by Muro Alto

After a work trip, I booked this stay for my birthday, and the logistics were impressively smooth. Airport pickup found me beside the arrivals coffee shop, while the return transfer departed at 10:00 sharp. Our guide Rafael knew the coast well, even explaining how Muro Alto's tide schedule changes the natural pools. Westin's all-inclusive setup made celebrating easy.

Birthday bliss at Summerville: thoughtful service, lively activities, and effortless planning

Booking our birthday getaway was surprisingly easy: Mariana replied to every question within an hour and even called to confirm my dietary note. At Summerville Resort, we loved having choices without planning every minute—morning aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, a guided buggy ride, and live forró after dinner. The staff brought a small chocolate cake to our table, a lovely birthday touch. As retirees, we appreciated the relaxed pace and spotless room. Tangol’s careful support made the whole trip feel effortless.

Quiet Low-Season Family Days, Turquoise Maceió Coastline, and Seamless Resort Transfers

We traveled in the low season with our family, and the quieter pace made Salinas Maceió feel especially relaxing. The resort’s beach was gorgeous, with warm water and coconut palms, while the drive along Maceió’s coastline gave us lovely views of Pajuçara and its calm, turquoise shallows. Airport transfers were smooth: our driver was waiting at 9:10 a.m. with a Tangol sign, and both departures left right on schedule. The minivan was clean, roomy, and had cold water. Everything felt organized without rushing us.

Beach Games, Great Food, and Easygoing All-Inclusive Fun

We had a brilliant weekend at Japaratinga Lounge Resort. The vibe was relaxed, and our small group quickly became friends over beach volleyball and sunset caipirinhas. Staff kept the all-inclusive service smooth, while Saturday’s seafood lunch was surprisingly good. For what we paid, the room, meals, and beachfront setting felt like a seriously fair deal.

Beach days, activities, and effortless family logistics

Booking the Cana Brava package made our family’s first international trip surprisingly easy. The itinerary balanced beach time with kayaking, tennis, beach volleyball, kids’ activities, and evening shows. Meals and transfers were well organized; even the 7:30 a.m. snorkeling pickup ran on time. I traveled light and never felt stuck or bored.

Punctual Transfers and Clear Waters Along Beautiful Maragogi Coast

Traveling solo, I appreciated how smoothly everything connected. Tangol had the airport pickup waiting outside with a clear sign, and the driver reached Grand Oca Maragogi right on schedule. The return transfer was equally punctual, even after an early breakfast. The resort sits beside a gorgeous stretch of coast; our trip included Maragogi’s natural pools, where the water was so clear I could spot tiny yellow fish around the reef. I also loved the coconut-lined views near Antunes Beach during the drive back. As a solo traveler, the organized timing made exploring feel effortless.

A well-paced Porto Seguro getaway where beach-club logistics met local insight and teenage-approved downtime

Traveling with my teenage daughter, I appreciated how smoothly this Porto Seguro package ran. Airport pickup, check-in at Nauticomar, and the daily beach-club transfers were clearly timed, without making us feel herded around. Our guide, Rafael, knew the coast beyond the brochure—he pointed out the old fishermen’s chapel near Coroa Vermelha and suggested the quietest swimming spot before lunch. He also handled a small room-transfer hiccup quickly. Between the all-inclusive meals, pool time, and organized outings, the itinerary gave us structure while leaving enough freedom for beach naps. My daughter even unplugged. Miracles happen.

Beach Days, Historic Sights, Happy Kids

We booked this package for our anniversary and loved how easy everything felt with our two young kids. Porto Seguro Praia Resort was right by the beach, with palm trees, warm shallow water, and beautiful sunsets. The itinerary gave us time to explore historic Porto Seguro, visit peaceful Coroa Vermelha, and enjoy the colorful streets and viewpoints around Arraial d’Ajuda without feeling rushed. Transfers were on time, and our guide even brought extra bottled water for the children during the afternoon outing. Back at the resort, the all-inclusive meals and pool breaks made each day wonderfully relaxed.

Sunny Family Fun, Friendly Faces, and Surprisingly Great Value

Traveling with two small kids, we loved the easygoing summer vibe at Grand Palladium Imbassaí. The pool games quickly turned into a little international family, and our children made friends over a beach soccer match. Staff even brought us a fruit plate after we mentioned the heat. For an all-inclusive package, the food, activities, and spacious room felt like solid value.
