Details of Day Tours

In the afternoon, we will pick you up at your hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán. From there we will go to the city center, where we will learn various curiosities about the Independence of Argentina.

First of all, we will visit towards the Plaza de la Independencia and there we can explore its surroundings on foot. This area of the city is home to notable buildings such as the Government House, the temple of San Francisco, the church of La Merced and the Cathedral of San Miguel de Tucumán, which has an imposing neoclassical façade. div>

Next, we will go to the Historical House of Independence: a beautiful colonial-style building in which the independence of Argentina was proclaimed , on July 9, 1816.

After learning the history of this great event, we will go to thegreen lung of the city: Parque 9 de July. We will walk through the gardens and visit the Sugar Industry Museum building, located in the Casa del Obispo Colombres.

We will continue the tour with a panoramic tour of the Plaza Urquiza, in whose surroundings we will see various landmarks of the city such as the Legislature, the San Martín Theater, the Casino and the Casa Belgraniana.

After 3 hours, the tour will end back at your hotel.
