It starts from Calafate to the east and few miles north on Route 40. During this journey you will see the Lago Argentino, Santa Cruz River, the Rio La Leona and a panoramic view of the majestic Andes Mountains including Mount Fitz Roy.
Paran about 15 minutes in the Hotel La Leona (historical site) and continue journey along the south bank of Lake Viedma to reach the slopes of Cerro Los Hornos (Estancia Santa Teresita).
