Details of Day Tours

After picking you up at your hotel in the center of El Calafate, we will go to the northwest of the city to Prefectura Naval, the place where we will embark . 

Our guides will give us a talk in which they will explain the basic rules of sailing with Kayak, recommendations and guidelines for security. 

Once we are dressed in the wetsuits , we will go up to the kayaks in pairs and we will start the navigation . We cross the Bay to contemplate the majesty of Lake Argentino and the Andes Mountains that stand out in the background. We will get incredible panoramic views of the city.  

Next, we`ll point our bows toward the Bay for observe the birds that inhabit the lake . We will have the possibility to see flamingos, Black-necked swans, Coscorbas and Gallaretas , among others.

After 1.30 hours of paddling , we will disembark and, after dressing, we will return to the city of El Calafate.
